Family-Match Director for Georgia
Kimberly joined Adoption-Share as the Family-Match Director for Georgia. She previously held positions within various private child welfare agencies. Kimberly has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of West Georgia and a Master’s of Science Degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
Parker focuses his practice on first and third-party liability insurance coverage issues, as well as complex civil and business litigation and counseling. He represents insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts across country. He also serves as defense counsel for professionals in complex professional liability actions. More specifically, Parker provides advice and counsel on a wide range of insurance issues arising under policies extending coverage for professional liability (such as media, technology, software implementation and other errors and omissions issues), cyber/breach risks, mass tort liability, directors and officers liability, lawyers liability, and environmental liability.
Parker also focuses his practice on breach of contract and business torts, employment-related issues, contract negotiation and drafting, internal investigations and other legal needs related to small to mid-sized businesses. In addition, Parker counsels on reporting and reimbursement issues applicable to insurers and self-insured entities under the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) statute, the Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA), and Section 111 reporting requirements.
Prior to joining Roberts Tate, Parker was a partner at Wiley Rein, LLP in Washington, DC, where he practiced for more than 12 years in the firm’s insurance litigation group.
Parker is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Georgia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Parker received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.

Carlos Garcia currently serves as Controller for Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. His advancement to this position follows an extensive career in finance/accounting in a number of leadership roles in the private and public sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and corporate compliance. He earned his Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Divinity from Eastern University. Carlos currently lives in West Chicago, Illinois with his wife Maria and two children Daniel and Abigail. Carlos’ first term will begin in January 2021.

Stephen Mucchetti is a senior business executive and consultant with more than 50 years of diverse line and general management experience with both public and private companies, including general and corporate management, and as Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer. His experience includes P&L responsibility for marketing, selling, and delivering professional, technical, and consulting services, IT outsourcing services, and software and hardware products. Mr. Mucchetti’s experience in IT and networking goes back to the infancy of the Internet. His eCommerce experience goes back to genesis of the concept.
